In my many years of experience with buying and selling properties I have had poor and very good performances from real estate agents. I was fortunate to have an excellent agent experience with my last property sale which was both financially successful and handled very professionally. But after arriving here in Florida and trying to navigate a very different real estate market I was becoming rather overwhelmed. Then I met Christine Grimes at a house showing and without trying to sound cliched, it was like the cavalry to the rescue. She was helpful beyond description and sensitive to my needs and situation. Amazingly knowledgeable and energetic. The result was my acquiring the property that was exactly what I was looking for. She made navigating the bewildering closing process both manageable and at times a breeze. She was like the entire office all rolled into one. And to top it off she is a delightful person who makes an amazing scalloped potato dish just like moms. (sorry mom!!!!) Christine did a fantastic job for us from the home search and buying process right through closing. Christine started working with us this past January knowing that we had our house to sell in NY and it was not going to happen immediately. She returned all my calls quickly and answered all my questions without hesitation. I'm not very computer literate and she was my go to whenever I got stumped with all the emails that had to be filled out for the bank. She was always courteous, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would without a doubt recommend Christine Grimes to anyone in the market.

Buying my home in Sarasota and selling my condo in Naples all in the same week, proved to be very stressful and at times confusing, but working with Christine was great. She made it seem much easier than what it was. She is very articulate, thorough, easy to reach multiple times a day when needed. If she didn't know the answer to something she took the time to find out and get back to me. My move happened all very quickly, from start to finish, and Christine went as far as to helping me get moved in, setting things up, offering to do more than expected of a realtor, more as a friend. She made me feel very welcome to the new community and called numerous times to see if I needed anything. I would use her again in a heart beat.
